Andrea has an amazing ability and patience to find exactly where your pain may be originating from and the expertise and skill to help relieve pain. if you're looking for a therapeutic massage that will actually relieve pain - go see her!
Everything about this place is magical. The people that practice there invite you in with a warm and genuinely kind energy. Skilled & attentive service providers guide you through treatments and amenities while gently addressing real issues. This is the only place in Chattanooga for me. I love them.

Andrea literally saved my vacation! I injured my back at the gym the day before I was to leave on vacation and when I am telling you my back hurt so bad, I literally couldn't put on a shirt by myself. I booked a first available appt on the day we were to leave for vacation and hobbled over there in pain. I left less than an hr later, 100% pain free. Still not sure what magic andrea did, but I have sung her praise ever since! She is insanely good!!!!! I will be truly forever thankful!
My partner and I visited this place on Valentines day for the sauna and yoga 🧘♀️ it was a very peaceful experience and gave us something special to do on this day. Heather was excellent at coordinating the event and everyone felt super welcome. Very clean place, too! This place has epic vibes and we will definitely be back
