Andrea literally saved my vacation! I injured my back at the gym the day before I was to leave on vacation and when I am telling you my back hurt so bad, I literally couldn't put on a shirt by myself. I booked a first available appt on the day we were to leave for vacation and hobbled over there in pain. I left less than an hr later, 100% pain free. Still not sure what magic andrea did, but I have sung her praise ever since! She is insanely good!!!!! I will be truly forever thankful!
My partner and I visited this place on Valentines day for the sauna and yoga 🧘♀️ it was a very peaceful experience and gave us something special to do on this day. Heather was excellent at coordinating the event and everyone felt super welcome. Very clean place, too! This place has epic vibes and we will definitely be back
I had the best experience at Embody. A group of friends and I were doing a girls weekend in Chattanooga and we did the sauna, cold plunge and sound bath. Heather was super accommodating and led us through a beautiful experience with the sound bath. The space was incredibly clean and inviting. We had access to showers afterwards as well. I can’t recommend this space enough!
Tiffany with Embody and her entire team are so caring for each person. My wife who was pregnant at the time received a prenatal massage and loved it! The experience was smooth and relaxing. I will be a repeat customer!
I’ve been going to Embody to Sauna for ages and their environment is so relaxing, I love that the cold plunge is in a private room. Because I’m making ridiculous faces easing into that water! Everyone is so friendly, and they have an amazing retail space if you need to pick up a gift for someone (or yourself)!
