Tiffany with Embody and her entire team are so caring for each person. My wife who was pregnant at the time received a prenatal massage and loved it! The experience was smooth and relaxing. I will be a repeat customer!
I’ve been going to Embody to Sauna for ages and their environment is so relaxing, I love that the cold plunge is in a private room. Because I’m making ridiculous faces easing into that water! Everyone is so friendly, and they have an amazing retail space if you need to pick up a gift for someone (or yourself)!

I love Embody! The people there are so kind & friendly. The spa is beautiful! Such a relaxing experience going to the sauna & then cold plunge. Also the facial left my face glowing for weeks after! 😍🩷
I love this place. My husband & I went for the sauna & cold plunge last year which was the best date! No phones in the sauna so we just got to connect & felt amazing when we left! Recently I went back for a prenatal massage with Jess & WOW! Best I have felt in 7 months. She used props & heat, then accommodated when I asked for another 30 :) I already booked my next one with her. 10/10
