Orlando provided a somatic massage focused on the lower right side of my back after a motorized accident. He spent about an hour and a half working deeply on my QL, glutes, and spinal erectors. He then incorporated somatic touch therapy, which helped release the traumatic pain from the accident, followed by a third technique—lymphatic drainage—to reduce inflammation. My Overall Experience Was it amazing, relaxing, or energizing? I think all of the above ! He really listened when I talked about my trouble areas - I've been having a lot of pain in my shoulder and asked for focus there. He spent the perfect amount of time on my shoulder - working deep and adjusting pressure as I needed. After I felt amazing, my pain was less intense, and I had more range of motion. He is a skilled massage therapist, who excels at therapeutic deep tissue technique that actually feels good.
Orlando is the best!!! One of the best in town! Orlando is great and keeps me fully in tune with my spirit and body. Any trauma I may have experienced manifests itself in physical pain or tightness and he helps me work through that. Highly recommended!
