This complex is a gem, the apartments are spacious with great appliances. The management and maintenance team is always on top of everything and resolves any issues promptly. It’s a quiet and friendly community with quite a few dog lovers.
Horribly run company. This management company and leasing office will do nothing for you if you have issues with neighbors. There were multiple neighbors that disturbed the peace. One in particular would bang, knock, and yell at the window if you walked by with a dog. The leasing office is nice, but they are not helpful in stopping the disturbances within the community. Lived in Emblem since April of 2024. Overall, pretty quiet area and the residents in my building generally kept to themselves. There were a number of maintenance issues with my apartment during my time here, but nothing crazy. My interactions with the maintenance staff have all been great and they're quick to respond. I've heard other residents having a lot of issues with their apartments, so it seems to vary a lot from unit to unit. The leasing office is OK. I've had much better experiences elsewhere. You get what you pay for!! 💯 this place is a bit pricey but worth every penny. It's quiet, safe, convenient, and the apartment is perfect. Staff is amazing and maintenance is always on time. Definitely recommend 👌
