I have lived at Emblem for two years now and my experience here has been incredible since move in. The staff here are so lovely and accommodating from the moment you meet the women running the management office to the maintenance team. Every person is friendly, patient, and cares about your experience. Recently with the snow the maintenance/management team went above and beyond to make sure the parking lot was plowed and sidewalks were safe for residents. This complex is a gem, the apartments are spacious with great appliances. The management and maintenance team is always on top of everything and resolves any issues promptly. It’s a quiet and friendly community with quite a few dog lovers.
Horribly run company. This management company and leasing office will do nothing for you if you have issues with neighbors. There were multiple neighbors that disturbed the peace. One in particular would bang, knock, and yell at the window if you walked by with a dog. The leasing office is nice, but they are not helpful in stopping the disturbances within the community.
