Emblem has been an incredible place to live the last few years! It’s my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived at so far. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would be renewing my lease. The complex is very clean, the amenities are fantastic, neighbors are friendly, it’s feels very safe and any maintenance requests are addressed/completed quickly.
Apartment complex management is keeping the property clean and up to date. I have never had any issues since moving in and hope it stays that way.
I never write reviews, but I think it’s very important to share my experience with Emblem at Christiana: The Good - The Leasing and Maintenance staff were incredible. In every interaction they were polite and considerate. Maintenance staff were quick to handle issues both on and after hours, both technicians were extremely polite and respectful and made us feel good whenever they fixed our apartment! I had recently moved into this amazing complex and was instantly welcomed with open arms. My apartment is everything that I hoped for. The staff is great! The community is lovely. I look forward to staying here and embarking this new journey! Thank you
Discovered mold growing on the walls when we moved out. The management is incompetent and rude and everything was always breaking constantly. Frequently had to call maintenance. "Luxury" apartments, more like trashy apartments. Oh and nosy neighbors as well!
