Ordered as a Christmas gift. Logs came quickly and installed easily.
i dont usually leave reviews for stuff but this logset i got for my den has made me so happy to have invited family and friends to my house for the holidays. I called these people and I left a message for a call back and they called me in like 2 minutes. I asked all the questions I could think of and they even had additional information for me to help make my choice. I ordered my log set and I had it in a week and a half and apparently when you place your order everything is built then. I had one log that was broken and the customer service team got me a new log promptly. I'm very satisfied with the product and the assistance of the company. I am buying two more for my parent's house.
This was a long and drawn out transaction. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was broke. Reaching out to the company was near impossible, FINALLY the company reached out to me and MADE THINGS RIGHT!!! From date of purchase to installation, it was about 35 days, so that's pretty long. But I can't stress enough that in the end, when all is said and done, they eventually came through and took care of business and now everyone is HAPPY
I love our fireplace gas logs from Emberside! Hassle free ordering and arrived quickly. They were very easy to install, too.
