I called to make a reservation and was asked for a credit card number, and told I would be charged a no-show fee if we didn't show up?!!! This is a restaurant, not a hotel. I've NEVER been asked for a credit card number for any restaurant reservation before. If this restaurant doesn't want our business, plenty of others do.
Fabulous Food and service. Don't let the non descript entrance turn you off....this place is very special!

You're coming for the brand and somewhat for the ambiance, definitely not the quality or the preparation of the actual food. Mostly, I think you're coming because you can afford to. I definitely enjoyed the service here and the company I was keeping, but I wouldn't be back for the trade-off of price and quality.
The bar tender on Valentines Day needs a crash course on customer service. After having a very nice dinner with friends in the main dining area celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary we decided to go to the bar and order a glass of wine after dinner. The bar tender hardly acknowledged we were there and once we flagged him down he said he could not serve us any drinks since it was Valentines Day (which doesn’t make any sense to me?).
