We went to the show room and liked what we heard and saw so we decided to move forward. They came out to get the measurements and discuss our plans, everything was in order and we were ready to pull the trigger. That was on March 20th, at the time of this post it is April 9th. We've emailed them twice trying to get the quote and have yet to get a response. Very poor customer service. Many emails and calls remained unanswered. Sammie seems to alwasy be in a bad mood when you talk to her. Once I called her at 4:50Pm and she was mad that it will be 5PM soon and was not willing to talk to me. Not a great experience at all.
