Over priced sauce ridden meat… the meat has no flavor hard to tell if it’s even smoked. Could be just steamed and pulled then add sauce. I would recommend a trip to snows bbq in Texas and learn from a real pit master. Lady at the front counter was cold. Seemed upset that I asked if I could get my brisket naked. The interior decor is sad. I’m not sure how this place has won best in the pines…. Pick and Pig is way better.
I was visiting for a golf trip and visited Ember’s. Great food, nice people, everything you could want in a BBQ joint!
