Poor Quality Company. Speaking to Keith is like talking to a bag of rocks. He was originally going to show up for a job at 3 PM, never showed up or text me and after I called several times he told me he could come at 6 PM. Once he arrived I told him what I needed done and he told me “no way that could be done now because it’s already 6 PM” which is the reason why I made a 3 PM appointment!!! When I needed something that was beyond my scope of knowledge, Keith was able to fix my patio ceiling fans. He found the problem within 15 mins of being here and fixed the issue. Im Defintely going back to Keith for any future electrical upgrades in the future.
Don’t know how this place got all these 5 stars. I would give it a 0 if I can. Called the guy he told me to send some pics of the room where I want to make a 240v outlet so he can give me a quote. I did just that. No reply. I txted him again and nothing. 🤦♂️ Don’t waste your time.
