Delicious food + drinks and great service. Really enjoyed our date night
We've visited Ember 10 times over the past 3 years. Our most recent visit was by far the most disappointing. We arrived just after 4 to hit their 4-5 happy hour. The door was locked, and we waited 5 minutes or so. My wife received a scowl, and we were seated outside. We placed our drink order, and our server promptly escaped before we could place our app order; she had no interest in tending to us. My family and I came in around 4pm after a recital. We were all in a very happy celebratory mood. My 8 year old granddaughter went up to the hostess and said “we have 9 people please ”- you would have thought the host was going to pass out. She had a nasty mean look on her face as she told us they couldn’t accommodate us and we would all have to sit separately-Mind you, the place was empty. It had just opened.
