They are simply the worst of the worst. The definition of slum lord. There is one of their properties on my street and they don’t take care of the house, garbage constantly piled up from previous tenants, a porch railing that hasn’t been repaired for years, broken doors. They get the worst tenants that they can just neglect, the good tenants that make good neighbours get quickly scared away because Ember doesn’t do I thing. STEER CLEAR OF EMBER REALTY. Would give them zero stars if I could. We live close to one of their properties and it is falling apart. Doors off the hinges, huge piles of garbage everywhere, roof infested with pigeons. And when new people come to move in, the landlord doesn’t do a thing. We are constantly calling the cops on the tenants. Ember Realty are straight up slum lords. They should not be in business.
