This place doesn't deserve a single star. A 1 star is too generous. They have no respect for your time, efforts and money. They accepted our deposit. Came for one inspection. Never actually show up for installation appointment. They don't even give the courtesy to cancel and reschedule in advance. 4 no shows later to appointments that they are scheduling and rescheduling and i still dont have my unit. It's not easy to find fireplace sellers and installers around New Jersey but I was very fortunate to discover Ember Fireplaces in Edison. They helped me choose the right-sized, direct-vent gas fireplace unit and the appropriate number of Btus for my house. The unit (Mendota FV34) has six levels of flame, lighting, and fan to help heat the living room. Guilianni who serviced our fireplace today, was very polite and well mannered. He was very professional and explained the process of servicing our fireplace. Would recommend to have him to service our fireplace in the future.
After visiting several other stores that didn’t seem to want to be bothered with my project, Keith was able to find the perfect fireplace to replace the existing unit in my home. The existing space had some limitations but Keith searched numerous manufacturers to find something that could be used and we ultimately chose a linear unit by Flare.
