Ember & Bean in Hudson, WI is an absolute gem! ☕️ Everything is always delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the coffee is consistently fantastic. The “George” is one of my personal favorites—it’s become a must-have whenever we stop in. My husband always gets the mocha, and he absolutely loves it. We’ve never been disappointed with anything we’ve ordered. Great coffee, great people, and a great atmosphere. If you’re in Hudson, you definitely need to stop by Ember & Bean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Quality and depth of flavor that is very rare in my experience.
I’m an avid coffee drinker along with once having a lovely coffee shop within the family. That being said, my standards are above par and I’m quite particular about bean variety and flavor profiles. Today, I visited the smaller location of this cafe. I ordered a decaf iced mocha as it’s my usual go-to drink. Sadly, it was much too sweet and had a very odd flavor delivery.
