I loved going to Embellish in Lock Haven but it was always quite the trek to get there. When I heard that Embellish was opening up in Williamsport, I was so excited to have the salon close by! However, that ends my excitement. I made an appointment at the Williamsport location weeks in advance, only to get a call less than 12 hours before my appointment time, stating that something had come up and my appointment was cancelled. I received a lash lift and tint and it felt very rushed and sloppy. When I’ve had this treatment done at other places it usually takes an hour. This took 30 minutes. I left with black on my eyelids and below my eyes and glue remnants on my eyelid. I felt like there wasn’t enough time for the solution to process and my eyelashes look the same as they did when I came in.

Lillian was AMAZING! We meshed so well, she is so incredibly personable. She explained everything she was doing, asked a lot of questions about my current hair routine and made sure I was happy with everything she had done. (I haven’t had a professional haircut in almost 6 years and finally decided it was time to retire the kitchen scissors) and I was so comfortable the entire time. I got home and was so happy with my haircut that I booked another appointment with her in a few weeks for a gloss treatment. I can’t wait!!!
