They're not very communicative. I want an acrylic fill and I got some nail decor I'd like to discuss (cuz look at all the artistic pics). I tried setting up an appointment by calling, then texted as instructed by voicemail. Waited until their business hours and texted again in case they're bombarded with messages. I figured they would healthily balance handling new customers with the regulars.... No, they take a whole day or more to reply. First time customer --so happy I came here, The place is so pleasant and nicely decorated...And, Connie did an amazing Gel builder manicure. She asked me what I wanted, then she far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful manicure, thank you, Connie, I'll be back!:)
