We booked an appointment, I sent pictures to confirm they could cut his hair like he wanted. I was told yes, not only did they arrive an hour late, they said they couldn't cut it because they didn't have Clippers!! How do you book someone and not have the proper tools?? I drove over an hour. They recommended someone, she never answered. Then they sent me to a barber shop, they kept us waiting an hour to tell us they were booked. All in all, very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. My son was highly disappointed.
Lorena is so great. She was super sweet and very informative and extremely gentle. 10/10 recommend. I’ll definitely be using her from here on out. ❤️
