Receptionist works out of her scope of practice, talking to patience as if she is a psychiatrist. She will be the reason someone hurts themselves. Should not be allowed to work for the DOD/DOW. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Will talk you on the ledge instead of talk you off, honestly she shouldn’t talk at all. ****Receptionist name is OWO****

I was told I won already because I'm getting med boarded I expressed issues I was having and the doctor responded as if I'm playing some game or something with my mental health 1SBCT may be the worse BDE on this installation.
To all of the professionals at the clinic especially the enlisted personnel, Thank you! Also a special to Dr. Espinoza and her Skills Group class. Your dedication, knowledge, and professionalism shown to services members should be the model for all programs that the Army has.
Two stars solely because of the rude receptionist at the front desk. The care they provide is great but you would think somebody working at a behavioral health clinic wouldn’t be the most rude person you’ll meet all week.
