Counselors are dedicated and offer services to the Soldiers that require it. I have served for over 24 years and attend the therapy for Senior soldiers which I find really helpful. The team has relocated a two times in the past two years, and this is another temporary location while the original facility is renovated
Staff is friendly. Allot of the counselors are just contract employees and honestly don't care in my opinion. As a transgender soldier, I was denied medical care and humiliated on a daily basis.
