My boyfriend and I have lived in this apartment complex for a year now, and we just renewed our lease for another year! I felt that everything was handled very professionally, and in a timely manner. I was in a bad situation before I moved and I was able to get in in just a short 2 weeks! I would give them a 0 if I could. Rooms look nice but don't let that fool you. Management is completely useless. The will not fix anything. The contract basically states that they are not responsible to. We called, left voicemails letters and when I could catch management in person, when they were in the office on the two days a week they are there, I was told they would file a request then nothing would happen. Me and my wife had our 3 year old daughter living there with us and they would not even fix the bathtub so she cou... read more
Horrific. They deposited my rent payment and ignored my request for reciept, then took action against me for reciepts. I went 10 days without a working toilet, and ignored messages But this might not happen to you..
