Just bought a home.Embassy was great. The Seller was out of town and the Seller agent did not show. The Seller agent did not do what should have been done at the house and left it up to me.
Embassy Title is hands down the most unprofessional title company I’ve ever dealt with. Our seller insisted on using Embassy due to a prior relationship. From day one, I made it clear that closing on a specific date was critical for both myself and the seller. The owner, Kate, first said it most likely wouldn’t happen when talking to me, then backtracked and promised the sellers we would after I told the seller I wanted to switch to a competent company that could actually close on time.
