Mid July 2025 Cons: (1) room.nkt ready at check-in 4pm. Waited in the lobby 20 minutes. (2) paid $40 a day for parking. Across the street it costs $23 at public parking (3) waited 5+ minutes to use the elevators (4) garage was tight and uncomfortable to make enter/exit (5) weird smell in hallways (6) turned ac down to 66 in order to get the room to 74 (7) weird green moss and water at the garage entrance all weekend long (see picture) (8) overgrown empty lot next door still had "valet signs" up.
