Friendly staff.
My issue is that I was told about the $28 destination charge but if I ate at the restaurant I would receive up to a $28 credit. I interpreted that to mean the credit would go towards the destination charge. NO….No matter what I will be charged the destination charge; the credit is more of a voucher that can be used for the restaurant. This was explained POORLY at check in and handled even worse when I brought it up.
