Dear Embassy Suites Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent stay at your Myrtle Beach location. I checked in online on the morning of August 4th upon arriving at the hotel around 2:30 PM, I spoke with a representative at the front desk who assured me that my room would be ready between 3:00 and 4:00 PM. A beautiful property with even better people! From the moment we arrived we were met with extremely courteous attendants and enthusiastic staff. Drew was sure to make sure our stay was enjoyable and provided excellent service throughout the duration. We will definitely be back
We stayed here once when it first opened and enjoyed it so we went back. BIG MISTAKE…DON’T STAY HERE! We will NEVER go back. Check in can be a nightmare. They don’t have rooms ready on time and don’t care. Rooms are dirty and gross. Our room leaked water into the bedroom every time we showered. Maintenance came and “fixed” it multiple times but it kept happening. And then someone would have to come with a carpet cleaner and suck the water up.
