Great staff- Lala is wonderful, but the space is FAR too crowded. We left.
My husband and I had a great time with our 4-year-old. There was plenty for her AND US to enjoy. The coffee shop in the lobby was helpful. The shops were great for little treats. The pools were all fun. The toddler section was great for her. Cabana service was a nice add on. No complaints.
The hotel was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean. They offered complementry drinks and breakfast. There is also a shuttle to different areas. Everyone was very helpful. Since I drove from Philly to Myrtle Beach, I chose to leave the hotel at 4am to avoid traffic on the return trip home. But had concerns because the bulk of the staff did not start work until 7am. I was very grateful for Lord Jesus Kennedy who helped me gather my bags and load my car. He sent me off with a smile. Thank you sir. I really apprec... read more
