Best hotel pool in all of mrytle beach, heated, big, plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas for rent also
Suite of a room Bathroom flush was constantly running. To save water I called the engineer twice in three days. Complimentary breakfast with Omlette station was excellent. Chef is great. Complimentary snacks and drinks at 5pm.
Check-in April 1 We ordered dinner from the restaurant downstairs (wings and calabash shrimp). The shrimp was heavily breaded and too salty; clearly from frozen bag. The wings were also too salty. Both items were the worst hotel food I’ve ever had. The meal was horrible. In our room there was heavy dust accumulation and the room was not vacuumed. Pictures attached. The room is very nice, and the location is perfect because it's near the beach and in a gated area. However, the staff needs more training. Some staff members were nice, but others were just horrible. When I was looking for locations of the conference rooms and asked a staff because I couldn't find one, she seemed annoyed and just said they were all there and ignored me. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone and you would always here "all our staff was currently busy". I asked for a dental kit and was told they ... read more
