The location is good if you want to go to the airport. The breakfast always as in the Embassy Suites is excellent. I left my prescription glasses and they were very good in finding them, contacting me and they will ship them to my home. I appreciate very much that and I am very thankful. The room had broken furniture and the remote control of the TV wasn't working also the remote had missing the cover of the batteries, later they replaced the remote which finally worked but the remote was dirty and also missing the cover of ... read more

I rode the shuttle from DFW airport to the Embassy Suites South in Irving. The gentleman "Shuttle Driver" was rude and opinionated. At one point, I felt unsafe and threatened. He drove aggressively, as he became upset with me for opposing his view (s) of the world. I was verbally attacked as he spoke about religion and politics. He even said to me, I better Thank my "God" that I made it to the Hotel safely". He refused to give me his name or tell me where he was from. He had a very strong accent. Room was very outdated and dingey. None of the Tvs worked so we switched rooms. Pull out couch bed was TERRIBLE. Like metal with a blanket over it. The bathroom ceiling and tub were peeling away. Drains in sink and mini bar wouldn't drain. The smoke detector was beeping and they came three times to change it, still never stopped. We called to have them come fix it so we could sleep, never came. Finally my husband just took it off the wall. They wouldn't hook the Peloton up to the Internet in the gym for me.
