So many horrible stays but the location was central to where I go...glad to see them closed, as they deserve it!
Night time reception needs work. My tub was stopped up so when I showered, the tub filled with water. The indoor pool was too cold to use. They had no working ice machines on none of the floors. Now the rest of the staff and the breakfast was wonderful. It is a beautiful hotel, they just need to work on some things.
Rooms are really dated and need maintenance. Breakfast is amazing
Got the text that our room was ready. Used the app for the key. The text also asked if there was anything else needed. I texted back and said there was no remote control for the living room tv. Never got a response. Tried to use the phone to report this. Phone does not work. Went to the front desk and reported that we didn’t have a remote and the phone did not work at 4:10pm. No one came.
