Amazing
So I have stayed in tons of hotels/motels/airbnbs/resorts in my time and I have to say this was one of the best experiences at a hotel that I have had in a long time. My boyfriend and I drove cross country from Virginia Beach for a one week vacation in Colorado and then a week long road trip home. Not sure where to begin—this hotel feels outdated, and the biggest surprise was learning that housekeeping is only provided every other day. This wasn’t communicated at check-in, and when we requested service, they couldn’t accommodate us due to the policy. The front desk was quick to point out hotel rules but somehow failed to mention this important information. The 2 star rating is for breakfast station cook who tirelessly worked to serve customers.
Beds are great love it would totally come back. Breakfast was amazing I ordered room service got the counter fried steak was the size of my head and was one of the best I’ve ever had
I am not even sure where to start, our stay was subpar! It started when I checked in, the receptionist could barely look me in the eye, made zero attempt to make me feel welcome, which I could see past that, but there was no mention of the evening reception times or the times for breakfast, that a coupon was needed to be presented at either of these, until we were at the evening reception without our voucher, and wouldn’t be served.
