I can’t believe the cost of our stay compared to the service received. The bar staff was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere including paying for someone to be rude to you in Vegas! Sherri and Colton went out of their way to make guests feel like an inconvenience for going to the bar. We had a couple drinks on different days a witnessed them treating many people horribly. This is an excellent hotel; I would 100% stay here again and again. Excellent staff, rooms, hvac system, housekeeping, breakfast, evening snack, etc. The only minor frustration was the breakfast line. It’s not clear that the main line is only for eggs and for everything else, you go to the front of the line to the grill worker. The grill worker kept telling the line to come to the front for everything not eggs, but people still didn’t always know. Our stay was wonderful at this Embassy Suites. The woman making the omelets at breakfast was so friendly and her omelets are the best! Dahlia was our bartender at the evening reception. She was so friendly and happy, and always with a smile. Her drinks were also very delicious! The rooms are quiet and clean. Location was good for our needs of a basketball tournament at the local high school, but not within walking distance of any food/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
I'm so disappointed we pulled up to the smell of weed. Then the front desk was suppose to upgrade my room, but he gave me the same room on a higher floor like I'm stupid.
