Martin from maintenance you are a lifesaver for helping us with our dead vehicle. Everyone else from breakfast to housekeeping was so nice and friendly. Free breakfast is awesome. Will stay here again for shows at Dick's.
I never had a bad encounter with staff. They were all awesome. The food was phenomenal. I did have an issue with the AC, but they fixed it immediately. The rooms were well cleaned. I noticed one day that at least some of the furniture had been moved in order to clean behind it. The beds were clean under the mattress as well. There were no issues with crime. Formal Complaint Regarding Reservation and Room Assignment I am writing to formally complain about the extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience I had at Embassy Suites Denver Central Park during my stay beginning August 14. I had two rooms under the same reservation. I checked in online on August 13, one day before my arrival, and completed the check-in process for both rooms.
