Very odd location but I'm sure it was placed there when Stapleton Airport was just south of the freeway. We had an issue with the the air conditioning. It was 80 degrees in our room the whole time. Asked for a new room and was never accommodated. We were told they were working on it but we never did see and HVAC company at the hotel. Would have been nice if we were told at check in that there maybe an issue with the AC but it was not mentioned. The room was cool the service staff was nice the desk wasn’t much help. Apparently when I was there this passed weekend the AC was out so my room was 78 to 76 degrees. No response to emails or requests for a fan in my room. Windows don’t open spent two days in a sauna. Couldn’t sleep when I asked the desk for either a new room or a fan I was given a managers card and told to call or email them still no response. Also you also have to pay to park there 15 dollars a night.
I had a tire blow on the highway and I had to pull in to your parking lot. After struggling for a few minutes, hector (maintenance) and his friend went above and beyond to help with my tire Issue! I am so beyond grateful for their hard work and wanted to show my appreciation!
Wrong info given for breakfast time in the booking.com website, when we went down they were taking away the food.when inquired the staff bluntly said they will update booking.com.My kids went hungry until I checked out and went to a restaurant.No humanity was shown even when they see kids standing there.
Save your money and stay at another hotel Ac is not working they claimed somone was trying to fix it since 3:00 pm it is currently 9:00 pm ! Blond bar tender was so RUDE it made us want to leave we were given drink vouchers so we were waiting in line and she looks over and tells the people sitting “You paying people are my first priority before these people” will never stay here again will be calling corporate in the morning this was supposed to be a nice birthday get away!
