A Major Banquet was held here. The banquet sales associated Never, ever mentioned that they were undergoing a Major renovation. It was not known until the day before the event was to be held. No compensation was offered and not even the featured speakers room was comped after spending $30,000 for the event. They will obviously be infesting millions of dollars into the renovation. My stay this weekend for my daughter's birthday was great. The staff was very accommodating although the breakfast was not the best. It was wonderful to have free breakfast rooms need upgrading, however again because the hospitality of the staff was so amazing I was able to overlook some of the outdated features of the room no major problems except for they charge you in your accidental fee for parking which is really crazy. Overall, my stay was positive and the location is convenient. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pillows provided are quite small, and standard-sized pillows would offer greater comfort. At present, the lobby is under construction, which creates noticeable noise during the day. The on-site restaurant and bar are limited in food options, though the bar itself is a pleasant space. Breakfast is serviceable but basic, with standard selections typical of many hotels.
