Had a work event here. Place is under construction. Pretty well contained.
Do NOT stay here while the renovation is going on. No working elevators and no one answering calls either internal or external. Desk staff is friendly and rooms are clean but it is absolutely worth avoiding until the renovations are done (supposedly Dec 2025).
I guess I’m going to update the pictures considering it hasn’t been updated in 5 years. We specifically booked this hotel because pictures and description say hot tub/ spa. Many guests are upset and cannot believe it’s they walk into the pool area. It is completely gone and front desk is saying it was removed 7 years ago. We also would not have stayed here had we known the entire lobby is under heavy construction and they are literally giving out ear plugs at the front desk as a “complimentary”. Not kidding! Note to self, don't bother returning. I have been a loyal HiltonHonors member for as long as I can remember. My husband and I booked this specific hotel last December , after having an exceptional stay there in September/October of 2024. It is our annual long vacation, and we have stayed at this site on numerous trips. Typically with Hilton locations, if there's remodeling going on it is addressed on the website.
