The property is beautiful and the rooms are marvelous. We spent two wonderful days. Our kids loved the indoor pool.
But AC is too high throughout the whole hotel.
I am writing on behalf of the BMW family to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel from July 31 through August 1. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards I expected and involved multiple operational and customer service issues. Upon arrival, the check-in process took approximately 4½ hours following 7–8 hours of travel due to system issues.
