By far the worst experience I’ve had I. The past 2 decades. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day instead of Father’s Day. Expedia set it a week out for some reason. I get there to check in, realize I booked the wrong day. The hotel has a bunch of available rooms so I ask if I could switch the date or cancel the booking and be refunded. First, they kept trying to get me to cancel because I wouldn’t have been there the day it was booked. They tell me they are not allowed to do that to call Expedia. Single father of a... read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called five (5) times trying to get a group reservation to the restaurant, left 5 voicemails and no one bothered to call me back. I even called and left 2 messages for the event center and never heard back from anyone. Disgraceful.
