Had to bring my daughter here at 730 am for state testing through school. The least this huge hotel can do is offer coffee for the parents that have to sit here until noon. Edit: 11 months later. I asked front desk if there was anywhere we could grab a cup.of coffee. She said yeah down the road at the wawa. I said can I just grab one from the machine right there? She said sure if you want to rent a room. Rude staff.

I’m only giving a 4 because I felt the place needs to be updated. The gym is like my home gym. Staff is working hard to deliver a great experience. Breakfast was excellent and bar and bartenders were nice..

Are you into bugs? Multiple species located here. Are you into falling off a toilet? Are you into hearing the blissfully sound of a toilet run? Are you into trying to sleep next to an air conditioner that is as loud as a Harbor Freight generator? If so, this is the hotel for you! This place is an absolute DUMP! Checked in, sat on the toilet, almost fell off , had an heart attack, and the hold down bolt for the toilet was missing. Where did it go? I have no idea. Great breakfast and happy hour service. Jolene made each evening very enjoyable. She handled both busy and slow periods perfectly. A great experience!

This hotel met our needs, minutes from the airport, car rental and the breakfast Buffet was a plus. The service from the front desk was great and the attendants at the breakfast buffet where very helpful.
