The hotel is very rundown. Needs some much needed maintenance and cleaning. I pulled back the blankets and found someone’s hair in the bed…also the soap was partially opened and still had soap on the sink….and then go to get ice and find a gum wrapper in the ice bucket, along with hair and dust. save your money and go elsewhere.
We stayed March 14th to watch my friends grandson play basketball. After a long day of shopping and watching his game, we headed back to the hotel and straight to the bar. Our bartender Jolie was outstanding! She delivered the best customer service that we received in a long time! This was a spring training weekend for 4 friends. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect - near the airport and near 95 to get to the games. We enjoyed the pool too. Daniel (manager) and the whole staff were super accommodating and friendly.
Room was totally over valued. Room had cracks in the sink, dirty carpet, ripped carpet, dirty walls, rust in shower, paint on the toilet handle, one ply toilet paper and the caulking in the room was done by a very incompetent person. I was shocked! I’m not in the least impressed. I definitely would not recommend this place. The lobby was very well done.
Jolie the bartender gave me the best service I’ve had in a while. She made my day and night thank you. And I tried the jambalaya which was perfect.
