Anniversary/date weekend with an extra day. We got upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Environment was great, it wasn’t noisy, this was the perfect time to come. Weather ended up being nice. We’ll be back.
Front desk was super helpful on all my requests and questions. Rooms were clean with a wonderful view of the beach. Service at the pool and beach were great also. 5 stars all the way. Can't wait to return to Virginia Beach.
I have stayed at embassy suites all over the country and this is the worse service I have experienced. The hotel is beautiful but everything else was very poor. Will not return as a Hilton honors member.
Our front desk agent, Joseph, is an amazing, hard worker. He was knowledgeable and attentive throughout our entire stay. The hotel decor creatively blends the historic Jazz culture, with nature, into the aesthetic. There are daily activities from water aerobics to painting available for guests to enjoy. When we visited the pool area we met Uzuk and she was very polite and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the funnel cake fries were fun to eat and the food was freshly made.
