Definitely a five star hotel! Dwayne was so helpful so kind and so gracious, he heard that I drove 8 1/2 hours through a tornado storm and pretty much hydroplane on my way down from Pittsburgh and he was so kind and upgraded my room for me. Of the four days that I was there he was super attentive always pleasant and guest completely love him. It was a wonderful stay.
leslie at the front desk was so rude and condescending.. as a hilton honors diamond member i was appalled about how i was treated while checking in. her answers were very short and she made me feel like i was bothering her . she continued to talk this way infront of an employee who expressed that she was new and training i was shocked the hotel would have leslie train with this kind of influence and impression on a new employee. she continued to speak loud enough when i walked away so that i could hear her complaining. it wa... read more
The atmosphere at this resort is comfortable! the staff is engaging and friendly, helpful with any questions or directions you may need. Victor in the kitchen cooks a PHENOMENAL breakfast omelette. He makes sure it’s nothing but the best for all of his guest. He will put a smile on your face if you go see him in the mornings.
