Absolutely gorgeous resort. Staff was incredible. I’ve never been any place where every person employed was so happy and outgoing. Every need was met with pleasure.
Very welcoming
Great location right on the beach, great view., service was outstanding Radu Nita's service at the pool was excellent. Didn't have to ask for help, the gentleman came up to us and set the recliners and towels up like out of a movie. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites, and I wanted to recognize Ms. Soanna Williams for the amazing service she provided by the pool. Every day, she was so attentive, always making sure we had fresh towels, helping us with our chairs, and checking in to see how our stay was going. She was always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their time.
