I truly enjoyed my stay recently and the staff, especially Kiana and Sydni were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful to my groups every need. I was there for a conference and the food was great! Thank you!
This is what a hotel stay is supposed to feel like. From the moment I arrived and throughout my stay, nearly every employee has gone out of their way to ask if I need anything. (Thank you Chris and Joe for going above and beyond!!!) The only person who didn't say hello was clearly focused on their work-and honestly, I respect that too. Blessed to be here for work, but refreshing to be treated like I'm on vacation.
Stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Part of the Cavalier Resort complex, this is a brand new ocean front property. We had a king suite which was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is sparkling clean from top to bottom. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and very much appreciated… way above and beyond your typical “free hotel breakfast.” We loved our stay and will be back!
A lovely spring break week for us! Shout out to the front desk Joey, Clinton, Elaine 🧡 The breakfast team at Arbuckles...Miss Glowing Calysta, Zion, Toni & Anthony (someone get this man a vlog camera for his youtube channel, POV omelet station...it's gonna be a hit!) Ms. Joann...she's a hospitable hustler out there by the pool, give this woman a raise, she's unstoppable Ah and the girls @ The Beach Club... so kind and cute! So absolutely disappointed. Hotel is nice.but the stay was so awful we left early.The cabbage cooking neighbor made us sick. Thought cabbage helped with nausea. Ha ha. The staff - front desk - so unfriendly, unhelpful and at one point rude. Don't know if it's because they were so busy or if that's the usual. And we were overcharged......Valet service and speed was excellent though. Arbuckle was less than stellar. Way overpriced and service was pretty crappy.
