Needs a MAJOR overhaul. Staff is very nice and helpful but it seems they're understaffed.
I have lost faith in the Embassy Suites brand within the Hilton group. I had to stay here as the last remaining option. It was an inflated price for a last minute reservation. I called to update twice about my 2am arrival time. They gave away my 2 double bed room. Front desk gave me 1 key that worked to a king size 1 bed room and told me the other person can sleep on the couch. Very upsetting how it was handled and how I was talked to. Great stay at Embassy Suites again. Special thanks to Jose, Madeline and especially Anna at the front desk! During our last stay a month ago we left a cooler in the room. After contacting the hotel they were able to locate in and we picked it up during our next visit a couple weeks later. All the staff is friendly and helpful with any of your needs.
