Good stuff - Options for breakfast are great! Spacious rooms. Not so great stuff - Don't get the disabled room if you were put into one. I suspect the carpet is moldy because I get sniffles and runny nose in this room. Granted it's an older property. The hot water shower runs hot water only if you don't know how to operate it. House keeping had to knock on my door around 8-ish to ask if I was checking out when I was clearly in the room and told her that I am still in the room but she made me open my door and asked if I was c... read more
Came to Tampa for business, had a great stay and loved the amenities. The evening reception was a great time to unwind after the day and Matt was a bartender, loved the punch!
Nice room, great service by Matt at evening reception he is fantastic. Please take the time to tell your guests all the amenities you have and the way to an elevator. Evening reception, free breakfast, etc. The digital key a little off putting. I checked in on iPad at home. Came to hotel and key said not available. I stopped by front desk and they said they could not switch it to my phone. They alert you tell you to check in and then you find out you can’t get a digital key off of another device. I had an amazing experience at the hotel bar during happy hour at the Embassy Suites Hotel! We met Kat, our bartender, who was fantastic. She expertly crafted delicious cocktails and made great recommendations based on our preferences. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I can't wait to return, she made us feel so welcome! Highly recommended!
