Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very helpful and looked after every need.
The service here was beyond amazing! Everyone and hotel staff was top notch! 10/10 the only issue we had was our bathroom, we had trouble with the curtain staying closed. We requested maintenance and it was corrected when we came back from our excursion. Everything else 10/10
Old and outdated rooms. I was very disappointed. It was a last minute booking, so I didn't have time to look around. However, the location was perfect and the breakfast was AMAZING
Place was good service was good but mattress could have been better. Mattress was low/worn in the middle.
Came for a concert. I stayed here with my daughter and her two friends. I stay at a lot of Hiltons, but not usually embassy suites and I was very impressed. Two free drinks per adult during happy hour, free snacks, and drinks in the room, and an omelette bar for breakfast can’t beat that.! The omelette chef was so cute… He said let me give you my chef’s recommendation.… Steak, mushrooms, onions, and cheddar cheese. It was delicious. 30 min drive to Raymond James. Thanks Embassey suites!
