The rooms are nice, reasonably priced, and spacious.The hotel is located close to the airport and right off the freeway with easy access on and off.
My bathroom tub was peeling off in big pieces. I called the front desk he said he was going to tell write it down. Went to the front desk and the lady told me she was the manager and would give me point. But my room was over $500.00 hundred dollars. But never gave me points for even another stay somewhere. Very disappointed with their service
The rooms were good but no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made the mirror too foggy to see. Also no close up mirror to put on makeup. Did have a vanity counter/mirror/stool but light was not nearly bright enough to put on makeup
Went there for a Creative Floral Arrangers of the America’s Seminar. Clean friendly and all the food was delicious. Breakfast short order cook was fast and very willing to make your egg order special. The banquet food was great. They were very meticulous with food allergies. The meeting rooms were very, conveniently located right off the main elevators. The decor was contemporary. The handicapped room was extremely spacious!!
