Apparently they don’t have adequate housekeeping staff as rooms still aren’t ready and it’s past four o’clock. No sympathy from the front desk personnel. No options suggested. Just a sales pitch for a vacation package where you are obliged to listen to a time share presentation.

The rooms were spacious and welcoming. The guest services were great and reception was there for entry and exit from the hotel. Although, the location and hotel were very accommodating, I was disappointed with one thing.. The beds were incredibly challenging to sleep on due to being stiff as a stadium bench. I left with some back pain and it could've been a deal breaker for my trip if it weren't for the 1 night stay.. any longer, I would've been in trouble. Thanks for having us. Best of luck moving forward.

Perfect location for us. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff is always helpful and pleasant. My only complaint is the bar staff, the older gentleman and woman are rude. The evening reception bar staff automatically assume everyone is here for the free drinks. If you want free drinks, you have to wait till 530. I would like service now and pay for exactly what it is that I prefer to drink. So until 530 comes around, they tend to ignore you despite the fact that they’re open at five. Hotel is beautiful but we were given a key to a room that was occupied!!!! We did get a different room but that’s a pretty big oops. It was frustrating we had to pay $25 a day to park after we spent quite a bit on a room.
