Couldnt get a courtesy shuttle bus. Tried to contact the hotel 6 times followed the instructions to get the bus but it cut off every time when it gets to courtesy bus

I am so glad that my husband and I chose the Embassy Suites hotel located at Westshore Blvd in Tampa, FL. We appreciate the exceptional customer service and professionalism that Mr. Andrew Nielsen and his staff provided in preparation for our hotel stay and throughout the experience. If we should visit the area in the future, this hotel will definitely be at the top of the list concerning the one that we would choose for lodging! Also, my husband will share his review over this weekend as well.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Colton, he was so personable and provided exceptional service. He made our anniversary stay special. Housekeeping was always on top of everything.. we highly recommend the Embassy Suites Westshore!
