My stay at the Embassy Suites was pleasant overall, though it did come with several avoidable issues. The location itself is lovely I stayed on the fifth floor, and the view of the Arch and the city was absolutely beautiful. However, the night of 23 November 2025, between 10:00 and 10:30pm, things became rather frustrating. It was my birthday, and I was travelling with my boyfriend.
