We recently stayed at this hotel 2 nights for the Polar Express and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, maybe one of the best of the Embassy Suites I've stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient as well, just be prepared for the valet parking nightly fee.

Really wonderful stay on Christmas night. Always enjoy the evening reception and drinks. Bartender was great and was pulling double duty because it seemed they only had 1 server for entire restaurant and reception area. There was a large party there celebrating an engagement (fun to watch) so the snacks were gone quickly and several folks arrived to find nothing.

Stayed between Christmas til Saturday. Our stay was beautiful, the room was very clean and filled with plenty of towels. The breakfast service was wonderful and the entire staff were very polite. Seeing the cooks go above and beyond was great and seeing Ridge in action was a plus. You can see and feel hospitality in the dining hall. I really hate leaving a not so great review but our reservation could have been handled better. We have a special needs child and I called twice to make sure that the property had what we needed. When we got there we found out they had given away our room but didn’t bother to tell us. They eventually made it better but I had to initiate it. Great rooms though. Not so great neighborhood but they can’t fix that.
