Sue, was fantastic as a bartender!!! She was personable, friendly, and a pure joy to meet!!! I must say my check in was seamless, my room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was incredibly good!!!
Wonderful experience. Got us into a room early - I just can’t tell you how that helped my wife and I who are disabled. Very kind staff. Doorman helped us with our luggage up to our room. The room is spotless and smells wonderful. Very quiet room. Came back tired from the ballgame and didn’t want to go to the effort of going out. We were seated for a fantastic dinner. Susan behind the bar was astonishingly great! Late at night after the kitchen closed she made sure we had nutrition & libation. She’s got a winning personality. You should keep her. She deserves a raise!
