Very unhappy with this location. $350 for horrible service. No help whatsoever. I will never visit this location again. Tried to dispute with my credit card because their AI assistant canceled my room and “it was past the cancellation date” so I couldn’t check in and but I still had to pay. Absolutely ridiculous! And to try to speak to an actual person to resolve it?? Nope. Not possible. Would give 0 stars if possible.
While the front desk staff member at check-in was nice (very pleasant with a great smile), however they weren’t fully present and forgot the checkin process flow that I appreciate as a loyalty member. However, all of that was quickly forgotten once I arrived at happy hour. Isabella completely made up for it with her kind, sweet, and gentle demeanor, along with great conversation.
