Paid to upgrade to a corner suite on the top floor. The room had 2 double beds, not a king bed. Front desk said sold out and no rooms. Breakfast was a joke, 30 minute wait just to have no food and plate area empty. Biggest waste of $500.

Nice big rooms nothing like super fancy but I love my room and it was the basic room unfortunately if you're expecting to have a nice time by the pool it's always packed

I'm not complaining; we thought it was good. Nothing stood out, I guess. The "premium" room was ample and clean. (Note: I booked premium thinking it was like other previous "premium" rooms I've stayed in at Embassy Suites, which include daily snacks and drinks. Not here; the difference, as per the front desk, is just a bigger room.) Which, again, not complaining, extra space = good. Very disappointed by the bridges restaurant here. We decided to dine in the hotel tonight, won’t be having dinner here again, paid $17 for a salad that barely had any lettuce and was full of cheese and croutons. Also took a long time to be acknowledging by any of the staff, not even as much as a “hello we will be right with you”. Sign says “seat yourself we will be right with you” but after being ignored we went to sit at the bar where there were only two others sitting and bartender kept us waiting a while, didn’t acknowled... read more

Still waiting after a month for a refund on a pre payment. Hotel couldn’t give us the room we booked even though we pre paid. They offered to refund half of the room charge. Now a month later still no refund. Damir was the manager on duty
