Had a terrible experience with manager, room not well maintained. Yes, they offered another room but if one room has multiple issues it just reflects the state of the hotel. I spoke with the managers boss and they gave me points but I would not recommend to stay at this hotel:( We checked out early and stayed somewhere else less than 24 hours into our vacation.
Thank you team of this hotel. Happy to stay for a few days. Very good hotel and clean. Location is perfect. 8 minutes walkway to cool rstaurants streets. Nice view from highe floors. Thank you, and see for 4 july. We already booking a room.
We stayed at the Embassy Suites, and during breakfast, Mr. Oz took great care of us, making a delicious omelette. Also, in the restaurant area since the day before and during the evenings, Geo has been incredibly helpful, respectful, and professional, paying close attention to our needs as well as those of other guests. Excellent workers, thank you very much for your service.
Atención increíble, hotel precioso y muy cómodo con happy hour de 5 a 6:30pm Desayuno fenomenal, con un chef incluido que nos preparo un omelet exquisito además en la barra encontrarás a Geo P. Que nos dio una atención impecable en el happy hour y esta atento a lo que necesites en cualquier hora del dia, muy amable, trabajador y atento. Lo recomiendo al 100% nos vamos felices.
