We had some problems with our first suite, but they moved us to an upgrade and made it right!

Excelent place for the price
I was really let down by several aspects of my stay. First, the staff lacked basic courtesy—no greetings, no smiles, and little to no engagement with guests. It made the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming. A major issue was the elevator situation. Staff regularly use the same elevators as guests, which results in long wait times—often 5 to 7 minutes just to catch a ride. First vacation with our puppy this hotel was amazing. No carpeted floors in the rooms was a huge plus. Room was big bathroom was beautiful, and breakfast was a big step up from other hotels. Had a billing issue after checkout and with one call from my house, Josh at the front desk was able to solve and fix the issue easily. Big thanks to him!
