I attended with the Army Housing Management training class on June 7. I stayed there before and dealt with a rude female front desk clerk. This time on my 1st night I woke up and found a roach in my room. Wasn’t dead when I went to check. I went downstairs and the clerk didn’t even care. I requested to move at 3am and even then sprayed my new room the entire time because of other classmates reports of having the same issue at the time. I frequently stay at Embassy Suites across the United States, but unfortunately this has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had, especially while traveling with my family on vacation. At approximately 9:30 AM, our room keys stopped working because we had apparently been checked out automatically, even though we had not completed the checkout process.
