The breakfast was good with many options. The room was spacious. The fitness center was also the best I’ve seen at a hotel with varied equipment. The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was not very friendly. Overall a great stay.
We recently had a stay at Embassy Suites and overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas for improvement. First off, a huge shout-out to Nayelly! We had a reservation error the day before check-in, and she was incredibly helpful and efficient in getting it resolved, which really put our minds at ease. After navigating the Salt Lake City traffic, we were so relieved to find the parking easy and convenient, a definite plus. Friendly staff with a good restaurant attached.
Not that great of a stay. We were late checking in and desk person was very rushed, like we were an inconvenience. Room was just run of the mill- although there was only 2 cups in the whole room and they were stacked upside down on the plate of the coffee maker. It was obvious the coffee maker had not been wiped down because the cups were stuck and the one on the bottom was sticky and black.around the rim and stuck to the heating plate- so then we only had 1 cup.
