Great rooms and prices. Staff are very hospitable
I was the event chair for a PPNC 4 day conference which was held at Embassy Suites. The staff starting 2 years ago when we booked was exceptional. Response time, service, accommodating attitude was above most hotels I have worked with. I highly recommend staying and working with this hotel. We hope to be back in the future!
Booked this for a birthday celebration was charged over 343$ which was fine let them know we had someone handicap the photos seems like a large room arrived and the front desk person said we need to pay a incidental fee after they already charged me for the stay once arriving no one let us know when booking we had to pay a additional 50$ fee otherwise we wouldnt of booked and drove 2 hours just to get here thought this would be a good experience but inconvenienced instead front desk has not been helpful i asked to speak to t... read more
