PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! If you plan on staying at this embassy suites, you will not be able to watch any television unless you like DIRECTV. No Hulu, no Netflix no YouTube you literally can only watch commercials and the news. For the price you pay to stay here you should absolutely be able to have a smart TV. I was extremely Disappointed upon checking into my room and finding out I could not watch any television for the whole night. They don’t put bags in the trash cans, and the toilet seat was funky. Excellent Spot and so nice!
The hotel and amenities were in good condition and looked clean. We stayed one night in a standard suite and were happy with the overall appearance. However, once we settled in, we found leftover food and drinks from the previous guests inside the fridge. This clear oversight made us wonder if other parts of the room were missed during cleaning. It would have been a 5-star stay if the refrigerator had been checked and sanitized.
Rob in the restaurant is a rock star. Can't leave out Frances @ the front desk is awesome!
