Bella at the front desk was awesome- kind, warm and welcoming. Made our experience perfect. They are lucky to have her and her smile :)
Extremely rude service at the front desk. Tried to cancel a reservation and he absolutely refused to refund even though there is over a month before the stay. Taking matters up with my bank. Avoid this place.
