Our company uses this hotel and I recently stayed there a few weeks ago for business. The meeting room is spacious, and the staff is simply excellent… Rosemarie and Sonny at the front desk are simply amazing , Super friendly and always enjoy to see upon arrival.. The driver of the shuttle they are both super friendly and most helpful as well. I recently took a trip from the DC area to Boston with a final stop in Portland Maine. We chose this hotel specifically because it had wonderful reviews and convenient location next to the airport. After dropping off our car rental at the airport, we walked to the hotel which only took a few minutes. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites before, and this location was quite similar in terms of the attention to detail and the overall ambiance of the building and rooms. Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! Upon check in found bugs on the bed! Horrible experience!!!!!!! Checked out immediately; management made excuses. Would never go back to this hotel. Traveler BEWARE!
