Room was just ok..view of the roof and parking lot with standard view room. Worst part the pool was dirty!! All kinds of things visibly floating around. Had people coming in off the street during breakfast and so we got a hard time about not knowing we needed a room key which we provided just a few minutes later. $15 a night/day for parking in their parking lot I was surprised about. Just was hoping for a nicer room and easier, nice cared for experience for Embassy suites stay.
Honestly very impressed with this hotel. Very nice clean rooms. Great view on the mountains and golf course. Very good breakfast with made to order omeletts. Area is pretty much central to everything, very convenient.
First, I want to say that most of the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was one of the few positive parts of my stay. Before checking in, we ordered food from the restaurant and ate there. The young woman working there was not very friendly, which wasn’t a great first impression. We almost always stay at embassy when we travel. This is the first one that baits you with bottled water in the room that they charge $6/bottle for. The sign is very small so kids didnt notice it. Hot tub could use being cleaned as it had lots of dark brown foam so I wasn't getting in it. And they said parking was free then changed card for it. But the worst in the shampoo and conditioner at embassy right now. It is HOIRRIBLE!! I had to go and but my own because this was so bad. The conditioner made my hair dryer than before... read more
