We love coming to the Embassy Suites! We even come just for a stay-cation now that we live in Phoenix.

I'll get the good part out of the way, it's a big spacious hotel conveniently located near stuff. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms are clean. But it sort of ends there. Beyond that, it just feels tired. Like a Lexus with a ton of miles on it. The carpet is worn, a lot of the furniture is ready for goodwill, bathtubs have been painted over, popcorn ceiling has patches, dining chairs have worn out cushions...
