I have written about the tables and chairs in the breakfast eating area. The tables and chairs are nasty, sticky and most have napkins under the legs to keep them from rocking, which they do anyway...it is a shame that the entire hotel is very nice and then customers need to eat breakfast in a nasty, sticky area! I have been coming to this hotel for 7 years and it has been this way since my first day! Please replace the furniture! Thank you.

The kitchenette is a joke. While there is a microwave and a small fridge, there are no plates, no utensils, no knives…. And when I tried to bring a plate and utensils to the room from breakfast, I was stopped. Eventually I was given a paper plate and plastic utensils, but the plastic knife was so dull I could not even cut my cold butter.

Love this hotel. I come here routinely for business and I am always excited to stay here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. Highly recommend the omelette station.

Based on all the 1 stars, I'm wondering if this place has been renovated recently. We have stayed at a number of Embassy Suites, so we expected what we typically get with their hotels. Aside from one front desk person who was just plain lazy, the rest of the staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable with no issues.
