Disappointed with the Staff Service at Hilton We’ve had multiple stays with Hilton and usually enjoy the consistency and hospitality—but unfortunately, this particular experience was far from the standard we’ve come to expect. Spent the weekend in Philadelphia and had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was very clean and modern, featuring an on-site restaurant. The hotel followed the traditional Embassy Suites design with an atrium layout, but I did notice they didn't have a pool or gym, which was a bit misleading based on the pictures provided. I wasn't specifically looking for those amenities, as my main goal was to enjoy a couple of days in Philly after coming from New York. Nice hotel with decent size rooms. They did a face lift in the past few years so it's fresher looking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.
