Service is excellent. When I first came in I didn't have to wait more than 3 minutes. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of information given to enjoy the amenities and everything about the premises. I thought our rooms had a personal feel. Studio type room but otherwise pretty cool
Todo me pareció muy bello, definitivamente vamos a volver! Me hubiese encantado ver el amanecer desde mi habitación con mucha mas claridad, pero las ventanas estaban sucias por fuera y no pude disfrutarlo como quise.. el balcón tenia mucho polvo y telas de araña. De resto, todo me pareció super genial, la comida, la atención de las personas de del breakfast y frondest. Un equipo genial. Nos vemos pronto!!

Digital key didn't work correctly so created some hiccups at check in after unloaded children and luggage at one building and then had to go to building one for physical keys. Rooms were wonderful-very clean and well styled, minus heavy doors. The kids loved the shared space with two full beds facing back to back. Pool area was nice although opened late one day and kid area's amenities are very bleached already from sun. Lots of dead trees on property... Not sure what that was about.
