Extremely disappointing experience. We will not be staying at Embassy Suites again. We booked through Expedia because the advertised rate appeared reasonable. Unfortunately, the actual cost was significantly higher, and the experience did not justify what we paid. This hotel is scamming people, do not stay here!! They pulled a lot of stuff to end up charging me $125 for a pet fee TWICE for one cat on a one night stay. Most embassy suites only charge $75 for one pet and one night, this one charged me $250!!! They told me the pet fee was included in my charge for $379 which was $220 for hotel $44 for resort fee and $125 for pet. Hello, this is a review I usually don’t give but had to for the bad experience. We came to this hotel for my daughters birthday as a family and after several tik tok videos that came across my account before booking it did not Exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice and modern but the beds were super hard and gave us a really bad backache. The air conditioner in the room would Also make a loud noise. We had an amazing time during our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando! Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast is super complete, and having made-to-order omelets right on the spot was a fantastic highlight every morning.
