Great stay with family, our check in process prior to getting there wasn’t the best but the night shift manager made it right. Would stay again
We didn't book Embassy Suites but ended up there because of over-booking by our hotel of choice. We were unhappy at first, but what an amazing experience this turned out to be! The 1 B/R king suite with balcony surpassed our expectations. The view was lovely overlooking the lake, two pools and the sister property. It was the home away from home! Absolutely terrible experience as a Hilton Gold member. From the moment I checked in, the front desk agent Howard was rude, visibly irritated, and did not acknowledge my Gold status whatsoever — no benefits explained, no birthday recognition for my son despite this being a special trip, nothing. There was a leak in front of our door that was never addressed. When I tried to reach the front desk it was completely unresponsive — I could not get through for two days. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk! The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival, and everyone we encountered made a point to greet us. The location is very convenient for visiting the Disney parks, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We booked a queen studio and anticipated that the pull out couch would be more comfortable than it was.
