I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the housekeeping service during my stay. This is now my 6th night, and as of 8:00 PM today, my room has still not been cleaned. Throughout my stay, there has been a consistent lack of service — including late or missed room cleaning, and failure to replenish the snack bar and drinks. We were impressed with the outstanding and classy room and the high-quality furniture. The breakfast was excellent as well. Very close to Disney.
We flew in for a funeral this weekend with our toddler. It was a very long day of travel. Normally I try to time our flights with check in however in the confusion of grief that went out the window. We arrived hungry, tired and with way too many bags 90mins before check in. Jastony was like a light in the dark. She was so kind and welcoming and calming.
