Very disappointing stay. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, hair in the bathtub, mold on the walls, dust around the toilet paper holder, and a closet with a horrible smell. Definitely not the level of cleanliness I expected from a hotel.

The location is ideal due to its proximity to parks, restaurants, and other Orlando attractions. The hotel has a beautiful interior design, and the rooms are very comfortable. The hot water works well, and the beds and pillows are comfortable—two key factors for a good stay! However, I must criticize the hotel’s breakfast service. Closing at 9:30am on a Friday is inconvenient and inappropriate given the location and clientele. Additionally, they stopped replenishing the food before 9am, pulling trays as they emptied.
