Todo iba bien hasta que una de las mucamas fue muy grosera conmigo, la razón fue porque no limpio el cuarto solo sacó basura y tendió las camas pero no limpio los pisos ni tampoco aspiro, lo cual yo quise hacerlo por mi misma pero otra mucama dijo que ella hablaba para que vinieran a hacerme bien la limpieza, se supone que pagas para un servicio con limpieza y que aparte de mo limpiar bien tu habitación venga y te hable rudo grosera fuerte y con malos modos, es la única razón por la cual no pienso volver solo por esa mucama ... read more
This hotel has absolutely blown us away. The rooms are amazing. The chefs in the morning are so nice and cook you an amazing breakfast. The restaurant food is absolutely delicious. But the star of this hotel is the small intimate bar with Angel as your bartender. This young lady never stops and stays constantly busy taking care of customers. She always does it with a smile and you can see that she enjoys what she's doing. She's a true asset to the hotel I want to add an edit to this review. It took a couple of nights to real... read more
