Worst beds ever!!!! We always stay at Embassy Suites, but we won’t be back to this one. While the hotel is beautiful and clean, the owners are cheap and go so cheap on everything. Now it’s one thing to cut corners, but in the beds?!!!!!! Beyond unacceptable. My sister and I had a double room and each of us could feel the springs in the hardest beds ever. I did not stay here, I was making a delivery here but they front people were very nice call the person to come get their food since they didn’t answer my call. Location wise it’s hard to get to when you’re on nw express way. Better to go around on Portland than make your way to the front.
We chose embassy for me and my wife’s 1st anniversary and although rooms and the front desk were nice, we had a really terrible experience that soured our experience with the way we were mistreated during breakfast. The man who was preparing omelettes for everyone on 4/26/26 was unreasonably rude.I went up to the station and said nicely “Hello, good morning” and he completed ignored me looking down.
