I always stay here for business trips - the rooms are clean and quiet. There are some rooms that are bigger than others, but at least for a solo traveler, the small rooms are still good. Love the two complimentary waters you get and the baggage holding/taxi service to the airports. The staff have all been very nice and professional as well! Haven't been to the complimentary breakfast or reception but like that that is an option. Elevators are pretty quick and location is great

The absolutely worst experience conceivable. First, if you are used to the Embassy Suites experience, you will be disappointed. The rooms are small and compact lacking in basic amenities such as drawers and outlets. Second, they charge you 30 dollars a day with a phony explanation " you can use that as credit only at our restaurant Heist, tax and gratuity not included ". We stayed here this weekend and there were definitely positives and negatives. The location was great, however, the parking lot that was supposed to be preferred parking with an entrance to the hotel was not able to be used because construction shut down the street. After panicking a bit we parked elsewhere and walked over. When we told them they didn't seem to care. They offered us a water. The elevators took a very long time so we took the stairs.
