Highly disappointed in my stay at this Embassy Suites. The room was extremely small and the additional $103 fees charged wasn’t mentioned prior to booking. The breakfast was a total disappointment as well . Embassy Suites breakfast at other locations are excellent. Housekeeping staff was wonderful…
The hotel was terrible. There were far too few elevators, and the waiting time for them was extremely long, sometimes feeling like hours. As a result, we often had to use the stairs to reach our room on a high floor. Breakfast was served on a first-come, first-served basis, but there were not enough tables for the number of guests. We had to stand in long lines every morning, and it felt like waiting in a prison food line. The food itself was bland and of poor quality. Embassy Suites by Hilton — I Absolutely Do Not Recommend It for Families I've visited nearly 100 countries, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When we checked in at night, there was no concierge. At check-out, the concierge told us that, on the manager's orders, our luggage could only be kept in the storage room until 2:00 PM — unless we booked the airport transfer through the hotel for $107, in which case they'd hold it longer.
