The rooms are very small. 4th floor breakfast and reception is often crowded with limited seating. Selection of alcoholic beverages are very limited, not happy with pricing of alcoholic beverages not complimentary. A whiskey (Crown & 7up) and soda $24 bucks. Outside of that staff is great!
Unlike many other hotels in the area, this hotel actually has a proper desk in the room, which was a big plus for me. The rooms are also noticeably larger than most of the hotels I’ve stayed at in New York. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful—the kind of great customer service that’s becoming harder to find these days. Overall, a very comfortable and positive stay.
Great location and super friendly staff
Worst service possible room was not made you expect basic service of towel, sheet change and drain to work they can’t get anything right. We spent whole day out and came back to no towel and sheet change on top of it the basin is not even working. Also the service people say they are coming to fix and never show up. If u want to loose half of day waiting for service for basic things like towel and elevator then only stay here.
