Avoid this Place!! Absolutely terrible experience with Embassy Suites by Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square. I called ahead to confirm a specific room type, was told it was available, and booked through reservations. When I called the front desk to verify, the staff member was rude and claimed no rooms were available. She offered to transfer me to a manager then hung up. As a Hilton Honors member, I am disappointed. The sad part is everything was great until check out. This hotel charges $30 a day destination fee. No problem, I knew that going in. I used the daily $30 credit for food each day on the 4th floor. But when I checked out, they only credited me one of the days, explaining it doesn't cover room service. Only issue is I NEVER had room service, I always ordered and ate on the 4th floor during happy hour. What should have been a simple correction was anything but. Check out lady insis... read more

Overall this hotel delivered on what we were looking for. The location was amazing, close to everything. The staff were fantastic, responsive and professional. The service from the front desk, to the concierge to the cleaning staff was truly great. I would stay here again.
