Everything was exceptional, except the restaurant attached to the lobby. That place is horrible.
Stayed in a double king suite with a balcony. Fantastic bedding, quiet room and so nice being on the same floor as breakfast and cocktail hour.
Very convenient downtown location. Easy Uber to most anywhere in Nashville. Parking is an expensive problem but the valet they offer makes the most sense. Room had some issues that I brought up to the front desk that they mostly handled while we were out, but they were things they should have found between guests.
I left behind some very sentimental and expensive jewelry. I filled out the report online and have heard nothing from them. I've attempted to call the front desk and ask if anyone can give me an update and I get transferred to Housekeeping voicemail. My further attempts to call and reach someone has gone no where -- to the point where the front desk sees my number calling and just lets it ring 25 times before auto sending me to the reservation line.
