Incredibly frustrated by the staff and management. The hotel is beautiful and in a terrific part of town, but the folks working the front desk and the manager on duty didn't have a clue. As a gold member, I asked about "my way" benefits and was told breakfast was on the 4th floor and was dismissed. I again addressed that I was to receive two snacks and beverages as part of my benefit and was again dismissed. When staff don't understand the rewards offered by the hotel, that's a problem. 4.2.25 - Everything was okay, here for business.. the biggest issue was the elevator.. it is slow and when it does arrive, always full. Sucks for being in the middle of the building. I would not stay here again. Other than next to the Music Center... that's about it. Another thing.. My son arrived first, so he checked in for me.. He was not given water or welcomed as my Diamond Membership. Maybe I should have stopped by the front desk?
Loving our stay at the Embassy Suites DT Nashville. Great proximity to Broadway, an easy 3-5 minute walk. King suite room is spacious and beautifully modern. Free Buffett breakfast with made to order omelettes and fresh waffles! Restaurant downstairs is really nice for a night cap. They even do a complimentary happy hour in the hotel from 4-6. Haven’t used the gym or pool, but both look great
Not the best Embassy we've ever stayed at. The elevators made for a 5-10 minute wait to go up or down. The front desk people were grumpy. but everyone else was great.
