Perfect location with an amazing view overlooking Bridgestone Arena! Friendly staff throughout (check-in, check-out, breakfast, room service). Spacious, clean room with comfy beds, lots of charging options (no adapter needed), a fridge, microwave, and plenty of seating/storage space. The windows let in quite a bit of noise. Very nice place to stay
We stayed at this hotel during Memorial Day weekend. The rooms were great, and the service inside the hotel was excellent. However, the valet parking experience was extremely disappointing. We waited more than 30 minutes for our car, and by 11:38 PM we still had not received it. The only update we got was an apology saying another car was blocking ours and they needed to move that car first before getting to us. It was a nice room. The elevator system is wacky. It only sends one elevator at a time to the ground floor. There was up to a 20 minute wait to get on an elevator. The credit was also not applied to the market item I bought because it didn’t fall under their product. I had no idea. I’m getting tired of the large hotels that take away free amenities and instead give credits.
