Hotel is new and looks very nice. But seems to be lacking attention. Elevator wires out in the open, pool supposed to be open at 6am but head up there and it’s closed for maintenance. Asked a worker that was passing by and he confirmed it. I called the front desk and they said it’s opening in an hour. Then another family was looking for the pool and the front desk said in 30min. No complimentary waters and no vending machines on the floor and no room service. Stayed thirsty all night.

First, great hotel. Parking everywhere on downtown sucks, so can't single put this property. Rooms are well-appointed. my issue was with staff at front desk. I was staying at a nearby Hilton property on anticipation of a conference at this property, having driven from Houston the day before. the morning of check-in, I called the ES and asked if I could check in. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but after my husband brought it up during the stay and nothing else was mentioned about it I’m going to. The hotel is in a great location, the margaritas were good and the staff was great. Valet takes a while so be prepared but they are kind and there’s just a lot of traffic. The room was great, as was the view. Everything seemed to be super clean. While I was packing I opened the suitcase and a sock flew behind the chair next to a piece of animal feces.
