The Hotel is Beautiful , I Would Love To Stay There Sometime! The Front Desk/Staff Was Amazing and So Was My Room 🥰. Oh and Our Waitress At The Hand Cut Chophouse Was AMAZING AND SO WAS THE FOOD/WINE, LIKE OMG ! So If You Are Ever In Nashville TN, You Have To Give Them A Try ! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED
They never tell you prior to booking that they charge you to park your car in their parking lot. 100% intentional scam to hide more out of pocket fees. Shame on you Embassy!!!
I have never left a bad review. This hotel seems like it needs some management that is willing to train its employees. The people in reception were very rude and un accommodating. The valet asked 4 times for my key when i was unloading my car. Then thought it was funny when the text for your car function didn't work . The breakfast had the capability to serve twice and many people but was only serving powdered eggs in 1 line approximately 20 minutes long. I've had better hotel experiences from a motel 6. Loved staying here. We had a beautiful, clean suite with amazing views. Enjoyed the rooftop sitting area during the day and at night. The valet guys were soo friendly and kind. Loved the location, we were able to walk to most things we were interested in.
I was very excited to stay here. It’s a great location. That was the only thing I could share that was positive unfortunately. I booked my room maybe about two months or a little less before my stay. I booked a skyline view suite. I did this so that we could view the fireworks from our room safely and comfortably. I had my mom staying with us and I didn’t want her to have to fight through the crowds to see the fireworks.
