My wife and I stayed here for a night while in town for a Banquet. We used Hilton Honors points to book the room. First issue was with the digital Check in. The Digital room keys didnt work and the issue was never resolved. After getting key cards, they only worked about 1/3 of the time. Tried multiple times to get into room before it would work. Do not recommend!! Was super dirty and couldn’t get a change of bed sheets when i asked
Horrible hotel to work at and stay at. I see that Tina runs it now. She go fired for theft at the Hampton inn Brooklyn park. The company that owns it is even worse. I was brought in by task force executive to run the front desk- I was more like operations manager, just like I was at Tina’s hotel. Unfortunately these are the Gems that are put in place. Liars and thieves and that is why these hotels look horrible. These Gms don’t know how to run a hotel.
