The experience was disappointing. Our key cards malfunctioned multiple times, requiring nearly 20 attempts to access our room and several trips to the front desk for re-issuance. We were promised a mobile key link but never received it. Checking in was inconvenient due to a long line and only one worker. It’s clean. Prices are crazy reasonable in these crazy times. The location makes it easy to get where you need to be. The rooms are roomy. And free breakfast is pretty good!
My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was SO comfortable! I had an amazing view from my room, and it was quiet on my floor. The front desk staff was friendly and kind (even though I was clearly dumb and didn't figure out how to use the electronic key in the app). All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options, including customer omelets. Breakfast is also served until 1030 on the weekends so I didn't feel rushed.
