The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The location felt like it was stuffed in-between a lot of thing but all in all a good stay
Desk worker was upset and displayed an attitude when I asked for accommodations for my infant. Called and asked for more blankets for the sofa bed. Never got a blanket or a call back. The blankets for the sofa bed smelled disgusting. The over all maintenance of the build was a joke. One example shape edges at the back door leading outside to the parking lot was damaged and not repair right. Someone could very easily cut themself on the metal if not paying attention. This hotel has a great lobby and very accommodating staff. The room was spacious as per usual with Embassy suites. And well appointed.
Lovely hotel in a good location. Breakfast was wonderful!
