Good stay Some supplies in room were low or missing but we asked for more soap and TP and the staff gladly provided. Marisa at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Room had a funky smell other then that I enjoyed my stay
I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk customer service at this Embassy Suites in McAllen. The associate I dealt with, Marina, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for water and was told it would cost $2, even though I saw her preparing complimentary welcome bags with water. When I explained that I never received one at check-in, she responded in a rude tone saying, “I don’t even remember.” Her customer service was terrible and the way she spoke to me was disrespectful.
