We stay at Embassy Suites when possible every where we go. This is the first on that we will not stay at again. They do not do clean your rooms or at least replace the towels. When you get in at the end of a long day and call down for towels they do not bring any. Finally went down to the front desk and they found some towels but not enough for the 4 of us and I told them we still need the remaining towels brought to our room. Towels never showed up, ended up having to share towels..... Will never stay here again.

so my family stayed here recently on 3/3/26 ,and i booked via phone same day( representative not onsite ). the hotel is heavily under construction which sadly was not disclosed, heavy jack hammering/machinery , heavy paint smell and dust inside from construction. ( wife is pregnant and traveling with young ones ). bathroom air vents were dirty and visibly off-putting. ( was in a king suite ). i wish this was disclosed before booking. Could not find my reservation from booking. Even after we showed the email and reservation number they still couldn’t do anything about it. No manager on duty to fix the issue. Booking had to cancel and refund our money for 2 rooms I had booked since June of 25
