I participated in an event here and was robbed of almost 6k worth of product. I’ve been calling for weeks to get security footage and can’t get anyone to call me back. It’s apparent they don’t care about their customers! Don’t give them your business!
You enter a time capsule when you enter this hotel. Hotel is in need of serious updates. While rims are currently clean common areas are nasty and dirty. Everything is dim and dark, including the rooms. Why they provide a complementary breakfast it is a slop together liquid eggs, omelette along with other frozen sides. If you order from the restaurant pizza while is OK is nothing to write a home about. Crusted soggy, and undercooked.
I dont post often, but was so impressed with Kristina that I had too. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice and 5 star service. We had a couple of items and she went above and beyond to help us. More than she had too. Hard to find this type of service these days. Will stay here anytime I am in KC because of Kristina.
